Account Manager - Inside Sales


Batky-Howell is expanding its sales force to meet the growing demand for our services. We have immediate opportunities for experienced salespeople to join our company as Account Managers. Based in the Denver Tech Center, Batky-Howell is a specialized technical training company that focuses on the education and skill development of Information Technology professionals, including software developers, programmers, and system administrators.

Job Description

Through extensive prospecting you will establish new clients, generate incremental revenue from existing customers, manage inbound-leads, and facilitate virtual-training demonstrations. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this role to achieve customer and company satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business
  • Lead generation
  • Write proposals and meet with several levels of client management
  • Achieve complete client satisfaction
  • Meet performance requirements
  • Assist in technical solutions for clients' business goals

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably selling services within the technology industry
  • Good communication, presentation, writing, organization,and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of generating sales
  • Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

Instructors


Batky-Howell Training is expanding its instructor force to meet the growing demand for our training. We are currently seeking instructors for assignments throughout the United States. We are mainly interested in instructors with .NET programming experience.

Qualifications
  • Brilliant technical abilities in software design and programming.
  • Several years’ programming experience in at least a couple of high-level languages.
  • Four-year degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Enthusiastic and devoted "learner" who enjoys constant (and sometimes difficult) learning challenges.
  • Enjoys travel to cities across North America.
