Private Classes
Is there a minimum or maximum class size?
In most cases, we recommend a minimum of 4 students and a maximum
of 15 students per class. Our Account Managers can help you
determine the optimal class size.
What are the hardware and software set-up
requirements?
Set-up requirements vary by class. If you need to know the
requirements for a particular class, simply call or email us.
We also have a dedicated full-time Training Systems Technician
to assist with the set-up process.
Can Batky-Howell set up hardware at our location?
Yes, we have several options available based upon your requirements.
Does your price include materials?
Yes, all student materials are included. To find out what
materials are included in a particular class, please refer to
the class outline.
What if I have students in different locations?
Various locations can be supported with our
Virtual Classroom
solutions.
What is the daily class schedule?
Our classes are based upon an eight hour day, typically from 8:30
a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the time zone of your preference. However,
varied schedules are available based upon your needs.
What if a class does not fit our exact needs - can you
customize or tailor it?
Yes, 70% of the private classes we deliver are customized or
tailored to meet specific customer needs.

Yes, light snacks and beverages are provided. There are many
nearby places for lunch, some within walking distance.
What is provided and what do I need to bring?
All student materials, software, and hardware are included.

anything with them.
Are discounts available for multiple students?
Yes, please contact an Account Manager for details.

What do I need to attend?
You will need a Java-enabled browser and a phone.
*A headset and high-speed internet connection are highly recommended.
What is the daily class schedule?
Our public virtual classes start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at
4:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
