Live Online Classes

Travel not in the budget? We will bring the training to you, wherever you may be. All you need is an internet connection to observe the instructor's presentation and either a VoIP application or a telephone to enable you to participate in classroom discussions. These are live presentations, not recordings. You can use the virtual classroom presentation tools and/or the telephone to communicate with the instructor in real time to ensure you get the information you need when you need it.

We use a WebEx™ virtual classroom solution. We will send you the URL, Username, and Password prior to the start of class. When it is time for class all you need to do is log in and then access the audio channel.

Your course materials will be shipped to you in advance of the class so that you will be able to follow the instructor's presentation and take notes just as you would if you were in the physical classroom. In most cases, you will download student files to your own computer and establish your own training environment prior to the beginning of class. In some cases, we will establish a remote login to our local systems which will allow the instructor to monitor your lab performance and render assistance more readily.
