VMware ESX 4 and vCenter 4 Accelerated Workshop
The VMware ESX4 and vCenter 4 Accelerated Workshop was created to help busy IT professionals to acquire the knowledge and skills they need as quickly as possible. By the end of this intensive 3-day accelerated workshop you will be able to design, implement, deploy, configure, monitor, manage, troubleshoot and secure VMware vSphere 4.
The workshop begins with a focus on installation and configuration of stand-alone ESX servers. As the workshop progresses, students are exposed to shared storage, networking and centralized management. The workshop moves quickly to more advanced topics including resource balancing, high availability, back up and recovery, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, rapid deployment, hot migration and workload consolidation.
By extending the length of the class delivery day to 12 hours, you will receive the content of a 5-day course compressed into 3 days, nothing has been omitted. If you can handle drinking from a fire hose for a few days, this accelerated bootcamp style learning experience will provide you everything you need to be immediately productive with VMware vSphere 4 when you return to work.
